Rebbachisaurus was an early-late Cretaceous plant-eating sauropod. Not nuch is known about t his dinosaur because only a few fossils have been found in Morocco and North Africa. Some similar forms have been found in South America. It’s teeth were stake-shaped and quite thin with respect to the rest of its body. Rebbachisaurus size estimates range from 46-85 feet long and 7-40 tons. It possessed a small head, a long, graceful neck and a whiplike tail and is distinguished from other sauropods by its unusually tall, ridged back and the spine or sail that lay atop its back, distinguished by the tall ridges of the preserved dorsal vertebrae of the holotype and other specimens.
