This tooth was found in A Randolph County, WV cave in 1970. It is a partial tooth without any root. One foot bone and rib fragments were also found. The discovery was made by Garton, Callen et al. The original tooth is on exhibit at the WV Geological Survey Museum, Morgantown, WV.
